The invention discloses a heat preserving composite wall plate body. A wall plate body is included and comprises a concrete wall, a heat preservation layer and a connecting framework. The heat preservation layer is located in the concrete wall, or the heat preservation layer is arranged inside and on the outer side face of the concrete wall at the same time, and the connecting framework penetratesthrough the whole concrete wall. The composite wall plate body is high in heat preservation performance, good in dampproof performance, small in mass, high in compressive strength and good in supporting performance, a plastic steel framework, an inner wall plate and an outer wall plate are used for integrated pouring forming, and a heat bridge is completely isolated. A wavy strip-shaped plastic steel material is adopted as the connecting framework, the integral strength of a composite wall plate is greatly improved, plastic steel fiber, ceramic particles, slag, coal ash and an additive are added in concrete pouring, the wall plate weight is further reduced on the basis of increasing of the wall plate strength, the production cost is reduced, reutilization of part of waste can be achieved,and good environment friendliness and practicability are achieved.
本发明公开了一种保温的复合型墙板体,包括墙板体,所述墙板体包括混泥土墙体、保温层及连接骨架,所述保温层位于混泥土墙体内,或者保温层同时设于混泥土墙体内及外侧面,所述连接骨架贯穿整个混泥土墙体。本发明复合型墙板体保温性能高,防潮性能好,质量轻,抗压强度高、支撑性能好,通过塑钢骨架与内外墙板一体浇筑成型,完全隔断热桥,采用波浪形条状塑钢材料作为连接骨架,使复合墙板整体强度大幅度增加,在混泥土中浇筑中添加塑钢纤维、陶粒、矿渣、粉煤灰及添加剂,在增加墙板强度的基础还进一步降低了墙板重量,降低生产成本,可以实现部分废料的再利用,具有很好的环保性与实用性。
