The invention belongs to an architectural decoration material, and provides a sound-absorbing plate. The sound-absorbing plate is characterized by comprising a wood-wool sound-absorbing plate layer, a high temperature rock wool plate layer positioned on the outer layer of the wood-wool sound-absorbing plate layer, and a decoration layer on the outermost layer; and the wood-wool sound-absorbing plate layer, the high temperature rock wool plate layer and the decoration layer on the outermost layer are overlapped in sequence. In addition, the thickness of the wood-wool sound-absorbing plate layer is 8 to 10 mm. The sound-absorbing plate has the advantages of sound absorption, noise reduction, shock resistance, damp-proofing, mold prevention, thermal insulation, moisture absorption and earthquake resistance; and the structure is simple, and the processing cost is low.
