To provide a sound absorbing plate allowing easy maintenance and inspection work of a column fixing structure (such as bolts), taking sound insulation performance into consideration.SOLUTION: A sound absorbing plate has a sound absorbing material inside a panel body installed between columns 2. The sound absorbing plate has: openings A1 opened to a front side at a lower end part of an end part in a longitudinal direction of the panel body; spaces formed to visually recognize fixing members 22 for fixing the columns 2 through the openings A1; and translucent plates 13 installed to be detachable or openable/closable to cover the openings A1, causing sound volume transmission loss of 25 dB or more for sound of 400 Hz and 30 dB or more for sound of 1,000 Hz, and formed by a light transmissive member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】支柱の固定構造（アンカーボルト等）の保守点検作業を容易にすると共に、遮音性能にも考慮された吸音板の提供。【解決手段】支柱２の間に設置される、パネル体の内部に吸音材を備える吸音板であって、パネル体の長手方向の端部における下端部において、正面側に開口する開口部Ａ１と、支柱２を固定するための固定部材２２を、開口部Ａ１から視認できるように形成された空間部と、開口部Ａ１を覆うように、着脱可能若しくは開閉可能に設置された、４００Ｈｚの音に対して２５ｄＢ以上、及び、１０００Ｈｚの音に対して３０ｄＢ以上の音量透過損失を生じさせ、光透過性の部材によって形成された透光板１３と、を備えることを特徴とする吸音板。【選択図】図５
