The invention discloses a composite floorboard, which is sequentially provided with a wood floorboard body (2) and a second layer board (3) from the top down, wherein positioning bosses (4) and uniformly distributed stress release grooves (13) are arranged on the lower surface of the wood floorboard body (2), and a nano wear-resisting paint layer (14) is arranged on the upper surface of the wood floorboard body (2); the second layer board (3) is provided with positioning holes (5), positioning blocks (6) are arranged at four corners of the second layer board (3), a storing groove (11) is arranged on the side surface of the second layer board (3), and an active carbon compressed block (12) is arranged in the storing groove (11). Compared with the prior art, the invention aims at providing a composite floorboard which has the advantages of being capable of cleaning air, good in sound insulation effect and convenient to install and replace, and also has the key advantages of being capable of avoiding deformation.
