The invention relates to an adjustable concrete vibrating device which comprises a handle frame, a handle, a vibrating head and a vibrating pipe. The handle is arranged on the upper portion of the handle frame, the vibrating head is provided with a conical upper end, a threaded strip is arranged on the conical portion of the vibrating head, the vibrating pipe is a hollow bar, an inner thread matched with the threaded strip is arranged at the lower end of the vibrating pipe, a steel rope is arranged in the vibrating pipe, longitudinally penetrates the vibrating pipe and the handle frame and is connected with vibrating head, a corrugated protection pipe is arranged outside the steel rope, a winding roller is arranged on the steel rope, and a damping pad is arranged between the corrugated protection pipe and the handle frame. By the aid of the adjustable concrete vibrating device, reinforced concrete with a complex structure can be effectively vibrated.
