The handheld frequency-adjustable concrete vibrating device comprises a moving seat, a second water pump, a cover frame, a guide plate, a control panel, a heat conduction plate and a through hole, a bearing box is fixed to the upper end face of the moving seat, and a first water pump is fixed to one side of the bottom in a partition plate; the control panel and the heat conduction plate are both fixed to one side of the upper end face of the bearing box, the heat conduction plate is fixed to the bottom of the vibrator, one side of the vibrator is connected with a vibrating rod through a wire, and the vibrating rod is located on the inner side of the bearing box. According to the handheld frequency-adjustable concrete vibrating device, the vibrating rod can be taken out after the device is moved to a required place by utilizing the driving crawler belt, and the vibrating rod can be dropped into a pouring bin by holding the wire after the lower limiting frame is screwed and the wire with a proper length is released; and a vibrating machine and a vibrating rod are matched for use, so that a concrete mixture in the pouring bin can be vibrated and tamped, and the frequency can be adjusted by operating a control panel in the process.
