The invention discloses a U-shaped knob type directional coded antitheft lock with a lock cylinder. The antitheft lock is designed with a side locking piece; a long groove is formed at the joint surface of the side locking piece; the antitheft lock is provided with a cross arm; a lock cylinder plate is arranged on the cross arm; the lock cylinder is arranged on the lock cylinder plate; the side locking piece is connected and fixed with the cross beam; a U-shaped ring is arranged; one end of the cross arm is connected with the right upper end of the U-shaped ring and a rotating pin; a frame is arranged and connected with one end, where the lock cylinder plate is arranged, of the cross beam by use of a hinge, and the frame can be reversed; an upper fixed block, a lower fixed block and inner inserts are arranged in the frame; a plurality of knob holes are formed in the end face of the upper fixed block; a small projection is so long as to go into the groove by about 3mm. Digitals are formed on the knob in the circumferential direction, while transverse line marks corresponding to the knob digitals are formed on the plane of the upper fixed block. The U-shaped knob type directional coded antitheft lock with the lock cylinder is provided with changeable codes and the lock cylinder which does not need to be changed frequently; the lock cannot be opened by a theft, and only locking codes and unlocking codes need to be remembered; the anti-theft lock is firm and durable, pickproof and sawing-resistant, and convenient, safe and reliable to use; the anti-theft lock can be widely applied to non-motor vehicles, has a dual-lock function and is safer.
