The suspension platform with the approach bridge comprises a suspension component, a positioning component, a positioning pile and an approach bridge body, buoyant boxes are connected to form the suspension component, the positioning component is connected to the side face of the suspension component, the positioning pile is fixedly connected to a water bottom ground, the positioning component is movably connected to the outer side of the positioning pile in a sleeving manner, one end of the approach bridge body is hinged to a bank side platform, and a second end of the approach bridge body is provided with a roller and lapped on the upper surface of the suspension component through the roller. The suspension platform with the approach bridge has the advantages that horizontal movement of the buoyant boxes is limited by the positioning component connected to the outer side of the positioning pile in the sleeving manner, so that the positions of the buoyant boxes can be accurately limited, and the buoyant boxes can vertically move by the aid of the positioning component, so that the suspension component comprising the buoyant boxes can adjust the height along with change of water level to adapt to different water levels.
