The invention provides a suspension bridge tower top hoisting construction platform which is characterized in that an embedded part is arranged in a concrete foundation of a tower top, a hoisting steel frame is arranged above the embedded part, rails which are arranged in parallel are arranged at the top of the hoisting steel frame, and a carrying mechanism which can move along the rails is arranged on the rails; the hoisting steel frame comprises steel frame sheets which are arranged in parallel, and a plurality of longitudinal beams are arranged between the two steel frame sheets; any steel frame sheet is arranged in the transverse bridge direction, and a main beam is arranged at the top of the steel frame sheet. Any steel frame sheet comprises a main steel frame sheet, an auxiliary steel frame sheet is arranged on one side of the main steel frame sheet, one end of an overhanging steel frame sheet is arranged on the other side of the main steel frame sheet, and a reinforcing steel frame sheet is arranged at the other end of the overhanging steel frame sheet; the rails are arranged in the center of the top face of the main beam and are crane steel rails. The hoisting device is reasonable in structure, a single main cable saddle part with the weight exceeding 50 t can be hoisted to the tower top with the height being 200 m, and the problem that a truck crane and a tower crane cannot meet the hoisting construction requirement is solved.
