The invention discloses a method for preparing gypsum clinker by the utilization of fly ash in a circulating fluidized bed boiler and is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps: a, adding 3-5 wt% of fly ash into flue gas desulfurization gypsum and uniformly mixing; b, calcining the above mixed materials in a rotary kiln; c, putting the calcined powder into a ball mill and grinding; and d, cooling the ground powder and aging to obtain the gypsum clinker. Then, fly ash can be effectively utilized, and strength of a gypsum board can be raised. Thus, production cost is greatly saved.
