Phosphogypsum expanding agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a phosphogypsum expanding agent and a preparation method thereof. The phosphogypsum expanding agent is prepared from 15-35wt% of dried phosphogypsum and 65-85wt% of an expanding clinker, and dried phosphogypsum and the expanding clinker are mixed together. The phosphogypsum expanding agent has a specific surface area of 150-250m<2>/g. The phosphogypsum is dried at a low temperature to obtain the dried phosphogypsum, and the dried phosphogypsum has a specific surface area of 300-450m<2>/g. The phosphogypsum is prepared from 0-1wt% of water, 39.55-50.9wt% of SO3, 28.05-36.1wt% of CaO, 5.1-9.2wt% of SO2, 0-0.6wt% of water-soluble P2O5 and 0-0.3wt% of water-soluble fluorine. The specific surface area of the expanding clinker is 150-200 m<2>/g, the residues of the expanding clinker on a 325-mesh standard sieve are not more than 50%, and the residues of the expanding clinker on a 200-mesh standard sieve are not more than 25%. The phosphogypsum expanding agent disclosed by the invention can improve the collapse prevention performance of concrete and prolong the operational time and has high expansion rate, slight loss of strength and excellent market application prospect.
