Phosphogypsum immersion cleaning agent and phosphogypsum harmless treatment method
The invention discloses an immersion cleaning agent for ardealite and a harmless treatment method for ardealite. The immersion cleaning agent is prepared from inorganic acid, organic acid and butyl acetate according to a certain proportion. The harmless treatment method of the phosphogypsum comprises the following steps: S1, uniformly mixing fresh dry-discharged phosphogypsum with water to prepare phosphogypsum slurry; s2, carrying out immersion cleaning treatment on the ardealite slurry by using an immersion cleaning agent, and after immersion cleaning is completed, concentrating and dehydrating to obtain immersion-cleaned ardealite; s3, carrying out screening and friction water washing on the immersion-washed ardealite; s4, carrying out dehydration treatment on the phosphogypsum concentrated slurry subjected to friction and water washing, so as to obtain water-washed phosphogypsum; s5, carrying out oxidation treatment on the washed ardealite by using an oxidizing agent to obtain whitened ardealite; and S6, carrying out acid-base neutralization treatment on the whitened ardealite by using quick lime to obtain harmless high-purity high-whiteness regenerated gypsum. According to the method, only soluble fluorine, phosphorus, organic matters and other impurities in the phosphogypsum are effectively removed, eutectic phosphorus in the phosphogypsum can be deeply removed, and meanwhile, the whiteness of the regenerated gypsum is increased.
