The invention discloses a concrete modifier, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of calcium powder, 1-5 parts of calcium lignosulphonate powder, 4-8 parts of silicon dioxide powder, 2-6 parts of dispersible emulsion powder and 20-40 parts of coal ash powder. According to the concrete modifier disclosed by the invention, the performance of the concrete can be effectively improved; the concrete modifier is good in concrete combining ability, and good in antifreeze erosion resistance, and can be widely applied to northern cold regions and salinization regions.
