The invention discloses a micro-surfacing mixture. The micro-surfacing mixture is composed of, by mass, 42% to 48% of basalt particles, 30% to 36% of feldspar particles, 1% to 3% of feldspar micro powder, 1% to 3% of wheel ore micro powder, 2% to 3% of triethanolamine, 1% to 2% of auxiliaries, 6% to 8% of water and 6% to 8% of modified emulsified asphalt. In addition, the invention further discloses a method of the micro-surfacing mixture. Through the high pressure-resistant strength of the feldspar particles, the high chemical stability of the feldspar particles and the good adhesion between the feldspar particles and the modified emulsified asphalt, the prepared micro-surfacing mixture has the excellent wear-resistant and antiskid performance. In addition, the porous material feldspar micro powder and the wheel ore micro powder with the thermoelectricity performance are added to raw materials, and the obtained micro-surfacing mixture has the cooling, noise reduction and automobile tail gas adsorption functions.
