The invention relates to a method for preparing lightweight fiber foam concrete. The lightweight fiber foam concrete is prepared from cement 42.5R, an admixture, an additive, polypropylene fibers and the like as raw materials. The process comprises the following steps of mixing the raw materials, adding water, stirring, foaming, die molding, curing and the like. The lightweight fiber foam concrete has the advantages of light weight, good thermal-insulation property, and high toughness; the existing industrial waste resources can be effectively utilized and the utilization rate of the resources is increased.
