Method for making bricks by using household sludge
The invention discloses a method for making bricks by using household sludge. The method comprises the following steps: adding water into household sludge, so that the sludge is fluidized; then adding a deodorant and a modifier and stirring till a precipitate appears; dehydrating the precipitate by way of filter press till the water content is 50-60%, weighing 30-50 parts by weight of dehydrated sludge and 50-70 parts by weight of shale, mixing and crushing till the grain size is 3-5mm and uniformly stirring to obtain mixed sludge; and adding a mixture of unmodified sludge and water into the mixed sludge till the mixed sludge can be shaped, so that the final water content of the sludge is 25-35%, preparing green bricks, drying and feeding the green bricks to a tunnel kiln, and igniting the tunnel kiln till the green bricks spontaneously combust to prepare finished product bricks, wherein the temperature of the kiln is kept in a range of 1000-1150 DEG C. The method disclosed by the invention realizes waste reclamation, the production process is energy-saving and environment-friendly, and all detection indexes of the product brick meet the national standard.
