The invention belongs to the field of a zirconium oxide ceramic for dental use and provides a highly nonopaque fluorescent zirconium oxide ceramic for dental use and a preparation method of the highly nonopaque fluorescent zirconium oxide ceramic. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a neodymium acetate aqueous solution; (2) preparing a 3Y-TZP powder suspension, mixing the neodymium acetate aqueous solution with the suspension and stirring and heating to form slurry, and spraying and drying the slurry and calcining the obtained powder at 600-800 DEG C for 1-2 hours; and (3) granulating the Nd2O3-dopsed 3Y-TZP powder in the step (2) and pressing and moulding to obtain a blank, putting the blank in sintering equipment and raising the temperature to 900-1100 DEG C and presintering for 2-5 hours at the temperature, after processing and moulding the ceramic block, putting the ceramic block in sintering equipment, raising the temperature to 1400-1500 DEG C and sintering at the temperature for 0.5-2 hours.
