The invention discloses a preparation method of high-strength zirconium oxide raw porcelain and zirconium oxide raw porcelain, the preparation method comprises the following steps: sequentially adding an organic solvent and 5-10 parts by weight of a dispersing agent into a ball mill, and ball-milling the dispersing agent in the organic solvent to uniformly disperse the dispersing agent, 3-8 parts of fish oil and 10-25 parts of toluene; 49-58 parts of zirconium oxide powder is added into a ball mill for ball milling; the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding 2-5 parts of plasticizer and 10-25 parts of adhesive into a ball mill, and carrying out ball milling; pouring out the ball-milled slurry, and carrying out vacuum defoaming; and putting the slurry subjected to vacuum defoaming into a tape casting machine for tape casting, and adjusting the height of a tape casting cutter to obtain high-strength zirconium oxide raw porcelain with different thicknesses. According to the invention, zirconia raw ceramic with the thickness of 50-200 [mu] m can be cast, and the test strength after sintering is greater than 600 MPa.
