Preparation method of ZnS transparent ceramic
The invention relates to a preparation method of ZnS transparent ceramic. The method comprises the following specific steps: dissolving thioacetamide and zinc chloride into deionized water, and preparing a mixed liquid as a mother liquor; dropwise adding a mixed precipitant liquid of hydrochloric acid and ammonia water to the mother liquor by virtue of a forward-titration method; heating and stirring to adjust the pH value of the liquid, standing and participating; separating out sediments by centrifugal separation, and cleaning the sediments, so as to obtain a precursor sediment; screening the obtained powder of the dried precursor sediment; carrying out pretreatment on the powder which is screened by virtue of a tubular furnace; and carrying out vacuum hot-pressing sintering on the powder, so as to prepare the ZnS transparent ceramic. The ZnS transparent ceramic prepared by the method has good mechanical property; compared with the preparation of ceramic powder bought from the market, the transmittance is greatly increased; the transmittance is high within the range of 2-12mu m; and the ZnS transparent ceramic is simple in process, low in cost, short in cycle and suitable for volume production.
