SiAlON transparent ceramic phosphor preparation method
The present invention relates to a SiAlON transparent ceramic phosphor preparation method, which comprises: adopting Si3N4, Al2O3, AlN, and Re2O3 as raw materials, adding a binder, a dispersant, a liquid medium and grinding balls, placing into a ball mill jar to uniformly mixing, adopting different forming ways according to the requirement of LED packaging on the phosphor packaging structure to obtain the green body, degreasing the formed green body, placing into a carbon furnace to carry out nitrogen gas sintering, and carrying out treatments such as annealing and polishing on the sintered ceramic so as to obtain the SiAlON transparent ceramic phosphor. The SiAlON transparent ceramic phosphor of the present invention can emit one or a plurality of lights selected from yellow light, green light, and red light, and can significantly improve light efficiency and color rendering index after being used for white light LED packaging.
