Low-electrical-resistivity refractory material applied to bottom of electric-arc furnace
The invention discloses a low-electrical-resistivity refractory material applied to the bottom of an electric-arc furnace. The material is prepared from the following substances in parts by weight: 35-44 parts of magnesium, 13-28 parts of titanium, 11-24 parts of copper, 6-9 parts of sodium fluoride, 10-14 parts of master batches, 5-12 parts of white alkali, 35-38 parts of titanium dioxide, 3-5 parts of ground calcium carbonate, 25-34 parts of expanded perlite, 6-8 parts of polybutylene terephthalate and 25-41 parts of graphite. The refractory material has low electrical resistivity and wide application range, can be applied to anodes at the bottoms of various types of direct-current electric-arc furnaces, can be maintained freely in operation, and is low in price and simple in blow-in process.
