Conductive refractory material for hot repair of bottom of electric furnace
The invention discloses a conductive refractory material for electric furnace bottom hot repair. Raw materials of the conductive refractory material comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 54-63% of magnesium-calcium-iron sand; 3-7% of magnesia fine powder; 12-17% of waste electrode graphite powder; 10-20% of high-temperature asphalt; and 5-7% of aluminum magnesium alloy powder. The conductive refractory material for electric furnace bottom hot repair has the characteristics of low resistivity, high temperature resistance, erosion resistance, good sinterability and relatively low cost, has good hot-state flowing property under the working condition of an electric furnace, good spreadability at the furnace bottom and good bonding property, is particularly suitable for hot repair without shutdown of the furnace, can effectively protect a steel sheet of a bottom electrode, and has good application prospects. The conductivity of the bottom electrode can be ensured while the furnace bottom is repaired, the overhaul life of the electric furnace is prolonged, and the production efficiency of steelmaking is improved.
本发明公开了一种电炉炉底热修补用导电耐火材料,其原材料包括按质量百分比计的如下组分:镁钙铁砂54~63%;镁砂细粉3~7%;废电极石墨粉12~17%;高温沥青10~20%;铝镁合金粉5~7%。本发明的电炉炉底热修补用导电耐火材料具有电阻率低、耐高温、抗侵蚀、烧结性好的、较低成本的特点,且在电炉工作条件下热态流动性能好,在炉底铺展性好、结合性能好,不仅特别适合不停炉状态的热修补,而且可有效地保护底电极的钢片,在修补炉底的同时能保证底电极的导电性,提高电炉大修寿命和炼钢的生产效率。
