Fireproof heat insulating plate for interior wall
The invention discloses a fireproof heat insulating plate for an interior wall. The fireproof heat insulating plate is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5-15% of sulphoaluminate rapid hardening cement, 15-45% of fly ash, 5-25% of polystyrene foam particles, 5-30% of calcined gypsum powder, 10-20% of hydrogen peroxide, 10-20% of water and 1-5% of a foaming agent, wherein the foaming agent is a composite foaming agent. The preparation method of the fireproof heat insulating plate comprises the following steps of: proportioning sulphoaluminate rapid hardening cement, fly ash, polystyrene foam particles, calcined gypsum powder and water in percentage by weight, stirring fully and uniformly to obtain slurry; adding hydrogen peroxide into the slurry according to a ratio to oxidize the slurry; adding the foaming agent, and stirring further for foaming; stirring uniformly with a stirrer, pouring the slurry into a mold, and molding; curing the demolded foamed cement naturally, cutting into specified shapes; detecting the cement, and packaging. The fireproof heat insulating plate disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, fireproofness and heat insulating performance, is convenient to cut and has the same service life as a building which adopts the fireproof heat insulating plate.
