The invention discloses a fireproof heat-insulating glass wall. The fireproof heat-insulating glass wall comprises glass bodies, transverse frames and vertical frames, wherein the transverse frames and the vertical frames are used for fixing the glass bodies; the glass bodies are arranged between the adjacent vertical frames; the two sides of each vertical frame are provided with groove bodies and used for installing the edge sides of the corresponding glass body; square pipes are arranged between the inner side walls of the corresponding groove bodies on the two sides of each glass body; bolts used for pressing the square pipes towards the glass bodies are correspondingly arranged on the outer side walls of the groove bodies; and rubber pads are further arranged on the contact sides of the square pipes and the glass bodies. The glass bodies are installed more stably, a common side wing bolt fastening mode is changed into a bolt extrusion fastening mode with the forward direction towards the surfaces of the glass bodies, the pressing effect of the bolts on the edge sides of the glass bodies is improved, the screwing distance of the bolts can be freely adjusted according to the actual thickness of the glass bodies, and the problem that the installation bolts of the square pipes are not matched with pre-formed holes is avoided.
