Tin-based ceramic pigment and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a tin-based ceramic pigment and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of ceramic pigment processing. The tin-based ceramic pigment is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of refined tin, 50-80 parts of light calcium carbonate, 40-60 parts of common quartz powder, 1-10 parts of chromic oxide, 0.1-5 parts of an oxidant, and 0.1-2 parts of a mineralizer. The preparation method for the tin-based ceramic pigment comprises the following steps: mixing the refined tin, the light calcium carbonate, the common quartz powder and the oxidant in proportion to obtain a mixture, and then fusing, grinding, screening the mixture; then, adding the chromic oxide and the mineralizer to mix and grind for a second time to obtain a mixture II; roasting the mixture II at a high temperature, performing wet-grinding, washing, drying, mixing and packaging to obtain the tin-based ceramic pigment product. The ceramic film has the advantages of being low in cost, simple and short in flow, free of environmental pollution, and the like.
