Polymer ground coating material, preparation method thereof and construction method thereof
The invention provides a fireproof, pressure-resistant, anti-abrasion, smooth and attractive polymer ground coating material, a preparation method of the polymer ground coating material and a construction method of the polymer ground coating material. A film of a coating of the material is hard and resistant to abrasion, the abrasion resistant index can reach 0.01 to 0.02 g(750g/500r), and the index in the national standard GB/T 22374-2008 about terrace coating materials is smaller than or equal to 0.6. The polymer ground coating material comprises a component A, a component B and a component C which all independently exist. The component A comprises epoxy resin E51, an epoxy resin diluent AGE and color paste. The component B comprises deionized water, epoxy hardener, a defoaming agent, powder and a wetting agent. The component C comprises 60-mesh quartz sand, 100-mesh quartz sand, 180-mesh quartz sand, 400-mesh quartz sand, cement, ground calcium carbonate, gypsum, silica powder, rubber powder and a water reducing agent. The epoxy resin E51, the epoxy resin diluent AGE and the epoxy hardener can be replaced by polyurethane, a polyurethane diluent and a polyurethane curing agent of the equal weight.
