Design scheme of planar intersection of anisotropic loop road
The invention relates to a traffic organization design and traffic control method which can be used for improving the traffic capacity of the intersection and reducing road delay, and belongs to the field of traffic design and traffic control. On a basis of a conventional circular planar intersection, the conventional circular intersection is improved aiming at the characteristics that the conventional circular intersection is complicated to interweave and the left-handed turning distance of the conventional circular intersection is long. The loop road is divided into internal and external loops by adopting physical separation and canalization measures. The internal loop is mainly used for incoming of vehicles and the external loop is mainly used for outgoing of the vehicles. The internal loop is a clockwise left-handed rotation rotary island and the left-handed turning distance is shortened. The external loop is an anticlockwise straight and right-handed turn lane and a straight and left-handed conflict point in the intersection is moved outside by crossed change lanes of a section of the road. Combined with two phase signal control, interweaving and conflict are eliminated, so that the traffic capacity in the rotary island is improved. According to the scheme, signal lamps are additionally arranged at an entrance and an exit of the rotary island and the crossed change lanes, two lamps arranged at the entrance and two lamps are arranged at the exit; and the signal lamps are jointly controlled by adopting the two phase signal control.
