Layered diversion of motor vehicles, non-motor vehicles and pedestrians is achieved through the motor vehicle passing structure, the non-motor vehicle interchange tunnel and the pedestrian interchange overbridge structure. A right-turn ramp is arranged at a right-turn intersection of the motor vehicle passing structure; the pedestrian interchange overbridge structure comprises intercommunication overbridges which are arranged in an overhead mode and are connected end to end to form a circle, the intercommunication overbridges are provided with stairways, the upper ends of the stairways are connected with the intercommunication overbridges, and the lower ends of the stairways are communicated with the corresponding sidewalks. According to the intersection, on the basis that construction land is not increased basically, underground and aerial space resources of the intersection are fully utilized, so that motor vehicles, non-motor vehicles and pedestrians can be effectively layered and shunted.
