Railway ballast sand removal vehicle
A railway ballast sand removal vehicle comprises a vehicle frame (3). A driver cab (1) is installed in the front of the upper portion of the vehicle frame (3). A power room (2) and a generator (4) are installed at the rear portion of the driver cab (1). A sand blowing fan (15) is fixedly installed in the middle of the upper portion of the vehicle frame (3). At least one sand removal device is installed at the upper portion of the vehicle frame (3). Each sand removal device comprises a sand suction corrugated pipe and a sand suction air pipe, wherein the front end of the sand suction air pipe is connected with a gravity separator, the gravity separator is sequentially connected with a cyclone air pipe and a cyclone separator, an air flue is fixedly installed above the cyclone separator, the air flue is connected to the sand suction fan through an air suction corrugated pipe, a sand suction fan exhaust device is connected to the upper portion of a sand suction fan, and the sand suction fan is connected with a sand suction motor and driven by the sand suction motor. The vehicle frame is provided with a conveying device. The front part of the lower portion of the vehicle frame (3) is supported by a front bogie (44), and the rear part of the lower portion of the vehicle frame (3) is supported by a rear bogie (28). The sand removal vehicle is high in sand removal efficiency, greatly lowers the labor intensity of workers, and is of positive significance in railway maintenance.
