A drill pipe is connected with the lower end of a motor A, a stirring drill bit is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the drill pipe, a grout outlet is formed in the lower end of the drill pipe, a grout inlet pipe is arranged at the upper end of the drill pipe, an outer sleeve is arranged on the lower portion of the drill pipe, the upper end and the lower end of the outer sleeve are blocked through two check rings fixed to the drill pipe, a transverse rod A is fixed to the left of the outer sleeve, a shaft sleeve is fixed to the left end of the transverse rod A, a middle shaft is disposed in the shaft sleeve, two blades A are fixed to one end of the middle shaft and are symmetrically arranged with the middle shaft as the axis, a transverse rod B is fixed to the right of the outer sleeve, a motor B is fixed to the right end of the transverse rod B, and two blades B are fixed to a motor shaft of the motor B and are symmetrically arranged with the motor shaft as the axis.
