The invention discloses a manufacturing technology for a cement soil stirring pile. The manufacturing technology includes the following steps that firstly, a drill rod and cement soil are prefabricated; secondly, a cement soil stirring pile machine with the drill rod is used for conducting pile driving to a certain degree; thirdly, cement soil is poured into a hopper, and the cement soil enters the bottom of a second hollow pile pipe; fourthly, the cement soil stirring pile machine is used for lifting a first hollow pile pipe upwards with a certain speed to drive the second hollow pile pipe tobe lifted, a drill bit sinks around the hinge position between the drill bit and the second hollow pile pipe, gas in a soft clay foundation enters the second hollow pile pipe from a clearance betweenthe drill bit and the second hollow pile pipe along with soft clay and then is discharged into air through the first hollow pile pipe, and then the cement soil enters the soft clay from the clearancebetween the drill bit and the second hollow pile pipe; and fifthly, the second hollow pile pipe is drawn out of the soft clay foundation, after a period of time, the cement soil is solidified in thesoft clay foundation, the high-strength cement stirring pile is obtained, and the cement soil can be easily extruded into the soft clay foundation.
