The invention discloses a recoverable soil nail which comprises a soil nail head, a rod body and a plastic sleeve. The soil nail head is composed of an outer shell and a bearing plate. A pre-compression plate is arranged in a space defined by the outer shell and the bearing plate and divides the inner space into a first cavity and a second cavity. An anchor head base and a clamping piece are arranged in a second anchor head cavity. A first spring is connected to the lower portion of the anchor head base, a spring recovery tank is arranged on the bearing plate, a limit groove is formed in an outer shell base, and a blocking device is arranged at the lower end of the anchor head base. The recoverable soil nail is reasonable in structure design, and through the arrangement of the clamping piece and the anchor head base, the soil nail head can clamp the rod body in the working process, and after the supporting function of the soil nail is achieved, the rod body can be pulled out of rock and soil, so that the rod body is recovered, pollution to the surrounding underground environment and the influence on the surrounding underground environment are reduced, and the soil nail of the structure is convenient and quick to recover.
