The invention relates to a construction method of a bare concrete wall internally provided with a heat insulation layer. The construction method sequentially comprises the following steps: doing construction preparation; carrying out prior typesetting by a computer; treating a base layer; measuring and setting out; chemically planting steel bars; welding a split bolt; sticking a 90mm graphite foam plate; binding the steel bars; processing a bare concrete template; building a supporting steel pipe scaffold and mounting the bare concrete template; pouring and vibrating bare concrete; removing the bare concrete template; protecting a bare concrete finished product; and constructing bare concrete protection liquid. The construction method has the advantages that the surface flatness of the bare concrete is effectively guaranteed, and staggered stubble, concrete leakage and rusting phenomena do not occur. The thickness of a wall surface steel bar protection layer meets design and specification requirements; the wall surface energy-saving effect is remarkable, and a heat insulation material is prevented from being damaged by external substances and external acting force; the heat insulation effect is lasting, and materials including gridding cloth, studs, adhesives and the like are saved; an external wall plastering procedure is saved so that the construction cost is effectively reduced.
