Manufacturing method of foam concrete batten
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a foam concrete batten. A foam concrete block body is cut into a rectangular sheet with the width of 600 mm; glass fiber screen cloth is paved on the surface of the sheet; the two sides of the width direction of the glass fiber screen cloth are 40-65 mm longer than the two sides of the width direction of the sheet; the two sides are thinned and plastered by virtue of a machine in an area with a distance of 60 mm away from the edges of the two sides of the width direction of the sheet. The method is simple in process and suitable for industrial production; moreover, the manufactured wall is light in weight and good in heat insulation property and the anti-cracking property is greatly improved.
