The invention provides a reinforced foamed concrete batten which comprises a reinforced foamed concrete batten body, the reinforced foamed concrete batten body comprises a concrete base plate, a reinforced reinforcing mesh, a polyurethane (PU) foam plate and a decorative plate, a mounting groove is formed in the outer side face of the concrete base plate, the reinforced reinforcing mesh is poured in the concrete base plate, and the PU foam plate is arranged in the mounting groove. The mounting groove is filled with the PU foaming plate through filling equipment, the decorative plate is fixedly mounted on the outer side face of the concrete base plate, and the outer side face of the concrete base plate can be completely covered with the decorative plate. The filling equipment comprises a base, a polyurethane (PU) raw material stirring foaming machine, a filling machine and a workbench. The reinforced foamed concrete batten provided by the invention is simple in overall structure and simple in preparation process, the preparation cost can be greatly reduced, holes do not need to be punched in a wall surface during construction, only the inner side surface of the concrete base plate needs to be adhered to an outer wall by using concrete mortar, and the installation is relatively trouble-saving.
