Prestress tensioning anchorage device for FRP (Fiber Reinforce Plastic) ribs
The invention discloses a prestress tensioning anchorage device for FRP (Fiber Reinforce Plastic) ribs. The tensioning anchorage device comprises an anchorage device and a tensioning device, wherein the anchorage device comprises a sleeve, a limiting nut and an anchor backing plate; the tensioning device comprises a tensioning rod, a counterforce arm brace and a force application device; the anchor backing plate is connected with the limiting nut, the sleeve is of a hollow structure, the hollow part of the sleeve is a cylinder or a cone which is filled with bonding resin for anchoring FRP ribs, an outer screw thread is arranged on the complete outer surface of the sleeve, the limiting nut is fixed on the sleeve through the outer screw thread, and the anchor backing plate is provided with a hole through which the sleeve can pass freely; and an inner screw thread is arranged on the inner surface of the sleeve, the sleeve is directly connected with the tensioning rod through the inner screw thread, and the part, connected with the sleeve, of the tensioning rod is provided with an outer screw thread or is subjected to tapping treatment, or the sleeve is connected with the tensioning rod through a connecting sleeve and an internal hexagonal stud is pressed and screwed in the inner screw thread position. The prestress tensioning anchorage device for FRP ribs disclosed by the invention can be used for reinforcing existing structures as well as enhancing newly-built structures.
