The automatic tensioning and locking equipment comprises a tensioning rod (1) and is characterized in that a pressure-bearing cylinder (5) is installed on the outer circumference of the middle of the tensioning rod (1), and a tensioning jack (7) is installed at the upper end of the pressure-bearing cylinder (5); the tensioning end of the upper portion of the tensioning rod (1) penetrates through an inner cavity of the tensioning jack (7) and then is provided with a tensioning nut (2) through external threads, a base plate supporting piece (6) is coaxially fixed to the lower end of the pressure bearing barrel (5), a guide pipe cavity (11) is formed in the base plate supporting piece (6), and an automatic locking device with a telescopic function is coaxially installed in the guide pipe cavity (11). The tensioning and locking device is simple in structure and convenient to use, can automatically tension and lock, can accurately measure displacement and tension value in real time, avoids the situation that the prestressed steel bar is broken during tensioning construction, is safe and efficient in the tensioning process, is high in anchoring efficiency and is small in prestress loss.
