The invention provides a low-voltage built-in heating cross laminated geothermal floor which is high in safety coefficient, low in energy consumption, high in dimensional stability and simple and convenient in production and installation. The low-voltage built-in heating cross laminated geothermal floor comprises a face veneer and base materials which are laminated and glued, fast-growing wood boards are arranged in a crisscross pattern, assembled, glued and pressed to form the base materials, carbon-fiber electric-heating-lines are embedded into grooves formed in the upper surfaces of the base materials in a vertically and horizontally bent manner, two ends of each carbon-fiber electric-heating-line extend along the thickness direction of the base materials and are connected with lead adapters arranged inside or on the lower portions of the base materials, and the lead adapters are connected with a power supply not exceeding 42V.
