The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a quick-heating geothermal floor. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps of S1, cutting, specifically, cutting a base plate 1 and apanel 2 according to the design size of the geothermal floor, and cutting into rectangular plate structures with the same length and width; S2, forming a cable trunking, specifically, forming a cabletrunking in the plate face of the base plate 1 through an engraving machine, and forming placing openings in the two ends of the cable trunking, S3, polishing, specifically, polishing the inner wall of the cable trunking through a cable trunking polishing device so that the inner wall of the cable trunking is smooth; S4, dispensing, specifically, dispensing on the inner wall of the cable trunkingby using a numerical control dispensing machine; S5, wire installation, specifically, installing a fever cable in the cable trunking after glue dispensing; and S6, pasting, specifically, pasting the base plate 1 and the panel 2 together to obtain the finished geothermal floor. According to the manufacturing process, the inner wall of the cable trunking is polished through the cable trunking polishing device, after polishing to be smooth, an outer sheath of the fever cable cannot be scratched when the fever cable is installed in the cable trunking, and potential safety hazards cannot be caused.
