The invention relates to a truss roof ceiling construction method which includes the steps that transverse steel tubes and longitudinal steel tubes are arranged above the bottom chord portion of a truss in a staggered mode, and the joints of the transverse steel tubes and the longitudinal steel tubes are fixed; bar-shaped scaffold boards are laid on the transverse steel tubes and the longitudinal steel tubes to form an operating platform; operation spaces are reserved between the bar-shaped scaffold boards, a ceiling is installed below the bottom chord portion of the truss through the operation spaces, and ceiling construction is completed. The operating platform is erected on the truss, constructors lie on the operating platform with the back facing upwards and install the ceiling from top to bottom, building of an all-round scaffold in the prior art is omitted, and the problem that loss in the aspect of safety, quality, the work period, economy and the like is caused when the ceiling is constructed through the all-round scaffold is solved.
