The invention discloses a construction method for a building roof truss. The construction method comprises the steps that S1, truck cranes are arranged on the two sides of a building; s2, all the trusses are divided into a plurality of groups in the arrangement direction, each group of trusses comprises a plurality of trusses, and the trusses in the same group are spliced to form a space frame; s3, determining the mounting sequence of the space frame: mounting from the middle part of the building to the two ends; s4, the first space frame is hoisted to the column tops of a plurality of concrete columns at the end of the building through the truck crane, then the truck crane is moved forwards, then the first space frame is hoisted to the column tops of the adjacent concrete columns through the truck crane, the steps are repeated, the first space frame is hoisted to the corresponding installation position, and according to the hoisting technology of the first space frame, the concrete columns are installed in the corresponding installation position; and all the space frames are sequentially hoisted to the corresponding installation positions. The building roof truss construction method is suitable for the situation that the column top elevations of the concrete columns are arranged in a staggered mode, the construction efficiency is high, the construction period is short, manpower and material resource consumption is low, and potential safety hazards are small.
本发明公开了一种建筑屋面桁架施工方法,包括:S1.在建筑的两侧均布置汽车吊;S2.将所有桁架沿排布方向分为多组,每组桁架包括多个桁架,将同一组的桁架拼接形成空间框架;S3.确定空间框架的安装顺序:从建筑的中部朝两端进行安装;S4.通过汽车吊将首个空间框架吊装至建筑端部的多个混凝土柱的柱顶,然后前移汽车吊,之后通过汽车吊将首个空间框架吊装至相邻的多个混凝土柱的柱顶,如此循环,将首个空间框架吊装至对应的安装位置,根据首个空间框架的吊装工艺,依次将所有空间框架吊装至对应的安装位置。本发明的建筑屋面桁架施工方法,不仅适用于混凝土柱的柱顶标高交错设置的情况,而且施工效率高,施工周期短,人力物力耗费低,安全隐患小。
