Steel-encased reinforcing column pre-tension device
The invention discloses a steel-encased reinforcing column pre-tension device, and belongs to pre-tension devices. The steel-encased reinforcing column pre-tension device structurally comprises steel angles arranged in the four corners of a reinforced concrete vertical column, a hoop plate is anchored between every two steel angles, and a support is formed by the steel angles and the hoop plates jointly. The support comprises an upper support body and a lower support body. The upper support body and the lower support body are connected through four climbing mechanisms, each climbing mechanism comprises an upper connecting piece, a lower connecting piece and a jack, and the upper connecting pieces and the lower connecting pieces are connected with the upper support body and the lower support body through insertion mechanisms. The steel-encased reinforcing column pre-tension device has the advantages that partial loads are shared before secondary loading, the stress level and the strain level of an original concrete structure are reduced, unloading and reinforcement are conducted synchronously, a new part and an old part which are obtained after reinforcement is conducted can jointly work under secondary loading, and therefore deformation is synchronized; prestress application is easy and convenient, and control is easy; supporting rods can effectively take part in loading by applying prestress, partial loads of the column are shared, and the reinforcement effect is achieved.
