Concrete pouring method of concrete filled steel tube iron tower
Disclosed is a concrete pouring method of a concrete filled steel tube iron tower. The method includes the following steps that (1) a flange plate is connected with a tower body main material flange through bolts; (2) concrete is hoisted through a hoisting hanging point on a cantilever by means of a pulley; (3) the concrete is poured into a tower body main material through a grouting opening that is reserved in the flange plate; (4) after pouring of one section of tower body main material is finished, the bolts that connect the flange plate and the tower body main material flange are removed, and a movable concrete hoisting steel frame ascends with assemblage of the iron tower main material so as to perform pouring of the concrete of next section of the iron tower main material; (5) when the pouring of the next section of the tower body main material is performed, steps (1), (2), (3) and (4) are repeated till pouring of the whole main material is finished. By means of the concrete pouring method of the concrete filled steel tube iron tower, in-situ pouring of the concrete can be achieved, requirements for construction machinery are low, the construction method is flexible, the pouring method can be applied to areas that a concrete pump truck can not easily reach, the movable concrete hoisting steel frame is reusable, the operation is simple, and material consumption is small.
