Polyurethane embossment fireproof door and production process thereof
The invention relates to a polyurethane embossment fireproof door. The polyurethane embossment fireproof door comprises a door leaf and a door frame; the door leaf is provided with a polyurethane embossment; the polyurethane embossment is formed by following components of polyether polyol, 0.15 to 0.5 part of 1,8-Diazabicyclo(5.4.0)undec-7-ene, 0.1 to 0.12 part of pentamethyldiethylenetriamine, 0.1 to 0.12 part of tetramethylethylenediamine, 8 to 12 parts of tris phosphate, 8 to 9 parts of melamine, 6 to 8 parts of microencapsulated red phosphorus flame retardants, 1.5 to 1.8 parts of silicone oil, 0.2 to 0.4 part of water and 115 to 125 parts of polymeric phenyl methane-diisocyanate. The invention also provides a production method of the polyurethane embossment fireproof door. The production method comprises the following steps of step a, mold pretreatment; step b, embossment production; step c, after-treatment. The polyurethane embossment fireproof door is good in fireproof performance and excellent in sound insulation effect and the production process is simple and easy to operate.
