Rock plate embossment production process
The rock plate embossment production process comprises the following steps: (1) taking green brick raw materials according to a certain ratio, crushing, mixing, adding into a green brick pressing mold, and firing to obtain a green brick; (2) adding a dry material on the green brick, and pressing the dry material by using a 3D blank pressing mold until the green brick is in a flash particle state after pressing; (3) carrying out high-temperature firing to obtain a dry material which forms a flaky crystal and presents a transparent and matte structure; (4) a semi-polishing mode is adopted for polishing until the glaze surface presents bright matte gloss and the glossiness is 28-33 degrees, and the embossed rock plate is prepared; the light-sensing floor can be used as a rock plate product, can also be used as a wall and floor tile, and has good touch smoothness and light-sensing space concave-convex fluctuating feeling.
本发明一种岩板浮雕生产工艺，包括以下步骤：(1)取砖坯原料按量配比，粉碎，混合，添加入砖坯压模中，烧制得到砖坯；(2)在所述砖坯上添加干料，用3D压坯模具压制干料，压制后呈现闪光颗粒状态；(3)进行高温烧制，得到干料形成片状晶体，呈现透明且哑光结构；(4)抛光采用半抛模式，至釉面呈现亮哑光泽，光泽度为28‑33°，制得浮雕岩板；可以作为岩板产品使用，还能作为墙地砖使用，有良好的触感细腻度和光感空间凹凸起伏感。
