The invention relates to a lining fixing device and a lining fixing method and a lining structure of a cyclone separator. The lining fixing device comprises a lining and an anchoring part for fixing the lining to a shell, wherein a through hole is formed in the lining in the direction vertical to the shell; the anchoring part is in clearance fit with the through hole in the horizontal direction and is combined with the shell in a welding manner; the lining is prepared by carrying out high temperature sintering on mixture of 90%-95% of alumina powder and 5%-10% of zirconia powder in mass percentage, and the hardness of the lining can reach a level 9 of Mohs hardness, so that the lining is suitable for the situations of superhard particles and high-speed air flow flushing and can be used in the high temperature environment with the temperature higher than 1300 DEG C, and meanwhile, the problems of extrusion, deformation and even falling of the lining caused when the expansion factors of a lining material and an external steel shell are different are solved. Meanwhile, the contact surface between the inner wall surface of the shell and the lining is further coated with high-temperature-resistant glue materials, so that the falling of the lining is effectively prevented, and the service life of the lining can reach not less than 3 years.
