The invention discloses a device for producing baking-free bricks by construction wastes and belongs to the field of environment-friendly recycling of the wastes. The device comprises a brick making machine and is characterized by being provided with an iron remover, a breaker, a dosing machine, a mixer and a curing kiln, wherein the breaker is arranged behind the iron remover, the dosing machine is arranged behind the breaker, the mixer is arranged behind the dosing machine, and the brick making machine is arranged behind the mixer and in front of a curing kiln. The recycled construction wastes enter the iron remover firstly, then the construction wastes subjected to iron removal enter the breaker, the broken construction wastes enter an aggregate storage bin of the dosing machine, and dosed materials enter the mixer to be mixed. The device for producing the baking-free bricks by the construction wastes is capable of achieving recycling of the construction wastes when applied to construction waste treatment, so that economic and environmental benefits are obtained.
