The invention relates to a production method of environmental-friendly baking-free bricks. The production method comprises the following steps of: (1) processing raw materials; (2) mixing the processed raw materials, wherein the formula of the raw materials comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20-23% of cement, 13-15% of medium sand, 16-17% of pebbles, 40-42% of stone powder and 5-6% of fly ash; (3) compressing the mixed raw materials so as to form semi-finished products of the baking-free bricks; (4) stacking the semi-finished products of the baking-free bricks; (5) maintaining the stacked semi-finished products of the baking-free bricks, wherein water is sprayed to the baking-free bricks, the baking-free bricks are kept wet and the baking-free bricks are prevented from cracking, and the baking-free bricks are aired for 7-28 days in air of 15-30 DEG C, so that the cement is completely oxidized and reinforced, and the aired baking-free bricks are prevented from rainstorm and exposure under scorching sun during airing; and (6) inspecting finished products of the baking-free bricks, and dispatching the finished products of the baking-free bricks from factories. The production method disclosed by the invention has the benefits that: 1, the formula is reasonable, and under the premise that the quality of the baking-free bricks is ensured, the compounding ratio of industrial wastes is increased, so that the baking-free bricks are more economical and environment-friendly; 2, the production flow of the baking-free bricks is systematically designed, and the situation that the quality of the finished products of the baking-free bricks is influenced due to improper processing flow and improper processing technology is avoided; 3, the technological flow uses mechanical devices such as a stacker and a conveying device, so that the depletion of human resources is reduced, and the labor cost is reduced.
