The invention relates to a synergistic composition strengthening agent for concrete and a preparation method thereof. The synergistic composition strengthening agent is prepared from raw materials prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 8 to 12% of triisopropanolamine, 2 to 3% of a modified polymer polyoxyethylene ether surfactant, 5 to 15% of organic amide, 2 to 5% of calcium oxide, 2 to 5% of sodium nitrate, 1 to 2% of baking soda, and the balance of water. According to the strengthening agent, the synthesizing technology of inoculating a functional group through an extended molecular chain is carried out to develop the novel concrete additive capable of improving concrete performance, improving concrete strength and improving concrete durability according to some characteristics of various concrete materials and a water reducing agent, and therefore, the activity of cement ingredients can be effectively activated.
