Concrete surface strengthening agent and using method thereof
The invention relates to the field of commercial concrete surface quality strengthening, in particular to a concrete surface strengthening agent and a using method thereof. The concrete surface strengthening agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 40%-50% of cement, 20%-30% of reinforcing component, 10%-20% of micronizing component and 10%-20% of healing component, the reinforcing component comprises calcium oxide and magnesium oxide, the micronizing component is polypropylene fiber, the healing component is a cement-based capillary crystalline waterproof material, and the water reducing agent is a naphthalene water reducing agent. By utilizing the concrete surface enhancer provided by the invention, the surface strength of concrete can be remarkably improved, thedurability and the compressive strength of the concrete are greatly improved, cracks of the concrete are reduced, the engineering quality is improved, and the engineering maintenance cost is saved.
本发明涉及商用砼表面质量强化领域,具体涉及一种砼表面强化剂及其使用方法。包括水泥、强化组分、微化组分、愈合组分、减水剂与水,其重量分数为水泥40%~50%、强化组分20%~30%、微化组分10%~20%、愈合组分10%~20%,所述强化组分包括氧化钙与氧化镁,微化组分为聚丙烯纤维,愈合组分为水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料,所述减水剂为萘系减水剂。利用本发明所提供的一种砼表面强化剂,可以显著提高混凝土的表面强度,使其耐久性、抗压强度得到极大的改善,并且降低了混凝土的裂缝,提高了工程质量,节约了工程维护成本。
